Creating an institutional culture that fosters collegiality, compassion, excellence, integrity, leadership and inclusivity is a priority interwoven within Augusta University’s Beyond Boundaries Strategic Plan.

To that end there have been several offices related to diversity established throughout the campus, and ODI has developed strong partnerships with these units. We appreciate that in order to drive diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) efforts across the campus, there has to be a systemic approach to foster culture change that is intentional and engages all areas of the university.
