SLO coordinators for every academic program within the college shall serve on the College SLO committee to review the SLO assessment plans and reports to ensure they meet the standards set by the Student Learning Outcome Assessment Rubric.
Charge: This committee will convene to set the SLO review calendar for the CSM. Each member will annually, in the fall semester, be assigned to review SLO reports outside of their area using the SLO Rubric. Each member will submit their independent reviews to the chair of the committee. A designated staff member in the Office of Institutional Effectiveness will also review each program's SLO report and share it with the committee chair. The chair of the committee will then share these reviews with the SLO program coordinators to revise and update their SLO reports to reflect the recommended changes of the reviewers.
