CNL Admissions Committee

The committee is composed of 8 CNL program faculty members who are delegated to ensure that the recruitment and admissions goals and criteria of the program are fulfilled consistently. The committee manages this process through the implementation of written policies that are published and accessible to relevant constituencies. In addition, the committee routinely explores innovations for policy revision to ensure that the quality of student recruitment expands and remains fair and equitable.

Charge: The Committee is charged with the development and implementation of a holistic admissions review model to assess essays, grades, test scores, extracurricular activities, intended majors, ethnicities, and regional background of each applicant. This defined process supports the missions and goals of the College of Nursing.
