The committee will review issues presented by the members of the Faculty Senate and refer them to the appropriate bodies for action. The committee will be responsible for maintaining and updating the Bylaws on an annual basis. The term of office of the Steering Committee members will be four years. No member will serve for successive terms unless elected Chair‐Elect of the Senate. The second, successive term of office can only be as Chair and Secretary of the Senate.
