Pay for your AHA Cards

  • Accepting Visa, Mastercard or Discover with the links below. 

Pay for Heartsaver Cards. $25.00 each

Pay for BLS, ACLS, PALS and PEARS Cards. $15.00 each

Pay for CPR in Schools Cards. $5.00 each

 

Remember these rules when posting your rosters:

Fill out all information completely before hitting the submit button

  • NAME
  • HOME ADDRESS (Work addresses are not acceptable)
  • EMAIL
  • EMPLOYEE NUMBER (AUMC/CHOG Staff Only)

 

Submit Your Rosters >

  • If you hit the submit button before all information is completed you will have to re-submit the roster
  • Email Walter Deas after submitting the roster
  • Keep your copy of the roster for 3 years with the evaluations (This is mandatory per AHA)
    • Audits may be done to verify compliance
  • For AUMC/CHOG employees place their "Employee Number" in the area that says "License Number" to avoid any fees
    • Employee numbers will be verified by HR
  • Payment for cards is due before cards are released (Cards are only released to instructors)
  • For Heartsaver® courses please use the letters from the Key to identify the modules you taught (See Key)

Failure to follow these rules may result in a delay completing your cards.
