Our students practice with medical simulators, have access to state-of-the-art equipment
and train in highly reputable hospitals and medical centers locally and across the
nation. All our academic programs are top-ranked nationally and are accredited by
national institutional agencies. We are also proud to educate our students on important
aspects of health care delivery such as ethics, patient communication and teamwork.
While contributing to the education of the next generations of health professionals,
the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics focuses on investigating new models and
methodologies related to personalized and precision medicine.
Our faculty are involved in research projects related to environmental health, nutrition,
modeling and simulation, e-health, health economics, physical activity, epidemiology
and chronic diseases.
