On April 30, 1978, 13 women exemplifying poise, sophistication, and class chartered the Mesmerizing Mu Zeta Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated on the campus of Augusta University.
The Mu Zeta Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated has graced the campus with a true representation of sisterhood, scholarship, and service since its founding date. The Mu Zeta chapter has upheld the purpose, legacy, and foundation that the organization has embodied for over 100 years.
Since our charter date, the Mu Zeta Chapter has tackled program initiatives and hosted related events through community service and campus involvement.
