Augusta University’s core PACT team is comprised of a primary team and several sub-teams to ensure not only the successful implementation of the software on the campus, but its continued use and customization for each Unit’s maximized benefit.
Customization Team: will perform customization analyses, develop a standardized language, and provide data maps for college modifications.
The Faculty Directory (IFL) Team: will develop the IFL website, embed a link to the IFL page for each faculty member through the online catalog, create a view for non-colleges, evaluate what is on the internet vs intranet that is password-protected, determine content, finalize graphics and design, and test data.
The ITS Team: will authenticate integration with the Institutional Identity Provider and perform interface development.
The Scholarly Works & Research Citation Team: will validate scholarly data in PACT, develop SOP’s for Institutional and college system updates.
The Orientation and Training Team: will formulate a communications plan, create a Change Management Plan, draft a user’s guide, construct training materials, generate a training calendar, train faculty and staff, and develop SOP’s for ongoing training.
The Faculty Support Team: will develop reporting standards (support materials for faculty evaluations, promotion & tenure, NIH Bio sketches, SOP’s for Alternative Justifications, CVs and more), and manually enter supplemental data.
